Help Wont play Videos

Hi , am not able to play videos recieved from another android fone , the details of the video say that is 3gpp but i still cant play it .. is there anything i need to do , or does the sender need to change anything. Cheers W

It would really help if you provided a bit more info. Your phone model as well as the other one for starters.

Ok... Mine is Wildfire and not sure what model the other phone is, have asked and waiting for reply , mine is UK phone and the other one is Canadian. Hope that helps. Cheers W
