Help Won't play wma files

Yeah it tries to play them for a couple of seconds, but no sound is emitted even at full volume. It plays windows video files perfectly and the music files play perfectly fine on my computer.

Also isn't there any way to use a normal person text tone instead of the crappy preloaded ones? I have a zelda one that I really want to use.

I've noticed nobody replies to a lot of questions. Is it lack of knowledge, insult, or just indifference? Or did I perhaps do something wrong and your silence is intended as a cruel punishment?
