Won't reboot

[Android Question]

I recently received a phone as a gift, it's a Galaxy S5 mini replica (Chinese), and it was working ok. I left the phone at home and my wife started to download apps and when I got home the phone would not boot properly it would freeze the screen where it says SAMSUNG. s

Being that the phone is a knock off I would cut my losses. You can try different things, but may just end up with the phone in worse condition.
