Help won't stop rebooting and need to get pic

Welcome to the forums!
Do you know what's causing the bootloop or what you were doing to it before it started happening? Are you rooted? Have you tried a battery pull? Does your computer recognize the phone where you can pull pictures off of it?
 
I took it to the tech guys at sprint they said the battery was good. The computer sees the phone as a drive but the phone will reboot before you can even start a transfer
