Help wont turn on after trying to decrypt

i encrypted my samsung galaxy s2 and then went to try and change it back to the pattern unlock but wouldnt let me so i decided to decrypt it, it restarted and then tried to turn back on but wouldnt, i left it for 15 mins trying to turn back on but it wouldnt so i turned it off and back on again and tried to decrypt it once again but it did the same and this time i turned it off and back on again but now it is stuck on the turning on page and wont go away, i tried a few more times and tried taking the battery out but nothing worked, please help, i havent had this phone long and already its done this, so PLEASE help

If you can enter Download Mode with button combo or jig I would just use odin or other to get it back up and running . If you can get into recovery I would delete cache/dalvik and try rebooting... but I think the first option is better.
