My HTC Rezound will not turn on. I took out the battery and it still wont turn on. It comes to the white HTC screen and then it freezes there.

The is a way to do a hard reset of your phone, but it will result in you losing all your data. If you have reached the point where this is necessary, follow these steps :
1. Take out the battery, and replace it.
2. While holding the volume down key, press the power button until the phone vibrates. (keep holding the volume down button until the HBOOT screen appears.)
3. Press the volume down key to select factory reset, the press the power button.
This should reset your phone to the factory condition.
