Wont turn on

I just got my HTC Desire C and i charged it over night the first night i got it and it still wont turn on. When does it first turn on?
 
It should start whenever you press and hold the start button ..

If it doesn't, take that back to the store and get a replacement. If you leave it too long, they'll make you send it for repair.
