I believe in a Court of Law it would be argued that this is not a question as there is NO question mark symbol.

There's a remote chance it could then be argued that it's a statement only to get shot down by the fact that there's NO period or exclamation mark showing pure emotion or emphatic behavior. Therefore, a good defense Attorney would default to cop a plea for insanity, claiming no person of sound mind & body would have a phrase with words on a Forum Thread they started without a punctuation mark to complete a sentence
