Work bench hellp

hi guys, in the middle of making a work bench for my mobile and Laptop repair, and i cant find a mat to lay on top do i need like a rubber craft mat type of thing or do i need a proper anti static type mrubber mat??

If it were me, I would always go with the anti-static mat over anything else. Never know how sensitive hardware is these days. The last thing you'll want to do is fry a particular part then be forced to come up with the cost out of pocket.
