Tested/Working on v1.007SP & v2.000SP, v2.002SP & v2.300SP

Download, Install, & Open the lastest version of WiFi Tether found HERE.

Press Menu, Settings and match these settings:
-Change Device-Profile
-Change to "Generic ICS/JB (wlan0)
-Setup-Method
-Change to "Auto"
-Check "WiFi-driver reload"
-I highly recommend checking "Keep Alive - Connection Checking"
