Apps working with map

hi there
i want to work on maps
tried to get help from http://www.androidhive.info/2013/08/android-working-with-google-maps-v2/
but i cant see google play service on extra folder
i updated my sdk to 23, but nothing changed

what should i do?

Completely delte the extra folder , open sdk manager again and download it again.

It happened with me as well but this solved my problem

when i was in linux (ubuntu) i had that problem, now in windows I installed it easily
