Hey all, I just wanted to post about my recent experience with Worth Avenue Group insurance. I had purchased their $599 policy. You can find out more about them here:

My DInc was stolen last friday at a bar. It was in my jacket, and I thought at the time that it had perhaps fallen out of the pocket, but once I got home and checked my Verizon account, they had placed a few phone calls and downloaded about 40MB of data.

Saturday I called Verizon CS and shut down service, and then filed a police report. Sunday came and went with my sad little backup phone, the Moto Q, as did Monday because of the holiday.

Tuesday I finally submitted my paperwork, along with the police report. I didn't have a receipt for it, nor a box with UPC or owner's manual, as I had purchased it used when they weren't available (Asurion won't even let you cover a device purchased secondhand). However I did submit five photos of myself with the phone, all of this via email.

I was pretty concerned that they would have a problem with this, but lo and behold, in the mail on Saturday was a check for $549 ($599-$50 deductible)! I originally paid $55 for the plan, which was way cheaper than Asurion or Square Trade.

To say I am satisfied with their service would be an understatement. For a company that not many DInc owners know much about, I can wholeheartedly recommend their services. Prompt service and no hoops to jump through, at an amazingly low price, and didn't cancel my policy. They have my business and my loyalty.

Have a great day all!
