Would the $79 bill stick after returnin EVO 3D?

Hi guys,

I am currently on the old $69 plan with my pre, and can't wait to pick up the 3D on Friday. I went into my local sprint store and asked a rep whether returning the 3D within the grace period would revert me back to my old plan. He said that while I would be off contact, the $10 extra charge would stick with me.

Does anyone know if this is true? Sounds a bit fishy to me.

The $10 extra charge is now applied to ALL smartphones, so yes it would stick after you go back to the pre.

Glad to help. I think you'll love the Evo 3D so doubt you'll go back to the pre.

I think so too. Coming from the Pre I'm conditioned to crappy voice service and temperamental 3G but I'm just thinking about it in case something like the SGSII gets announced within 30 days (doubtful btw since they don't want people to skip on the Photon).

I'm dying to hear about the SGSII too, but unless it gets announced soon, I'm going Evo 3D.
