Would this be copyright?

I am currently working on two Android games. So far, one is almost finished. I wanted to start another one, though. Here's the problem. I want it to be like a 3D Geometry Wars, but I actually want to include Geometry Wars in the title. It would kind of look like Super Stardust on the Vita. I intended to publish a demo version, as well as a full version for $0.99. Would it be copyright, even if I stated that I don't own the name Geometry Wars?

Yes, because someone else already does and claiming you own the name when you don't is kinda copyright. Just stick to your own material and think of something nobody else has and your on the road to originality.
