would this work gamepad with mini usb+linux driver

[meandmyevo4g]

i dont know if this is the right area for this but lets just say some one rigged a nes snes ps1 xbox controller with a mini usb and wanted to connect to his android phone evo4g mainly could a linux driver work for android because android has a linux kernal or something like that im good at building and ok at programming but not this kind of stuff. If this works, this will get around the stupid wiimote blutooth stack crap

Nope. As far as I know, the EVO 4G has no USB host capabilities (that is a driver within itself). And even though Android is Linux based, there are a LOT of things that aren't the same as a desktop Linux distro, so I'm pretty sure that driver wouldn't work.

darn my dreams of a usb controller r crushed pretty much but i have a new idea that may work... someday
