I was wondering if anyone knew if this guide would work on this phone. If so it doesn't seem like you have to be rooted.

It should work on any phone phone if it's the only method that your carrier used to prevent tethering.

You don't have to be rooted but the anwser is no all that does is allows the hotspot to turn on we can already do that however it does not help bypass the tethering limit imposed at 8 gigs with unlimited
