ok, lets brake this down, this is an x86 emulator which means its already having to convert that in to something are arm processors can read, this is strike 1.
Strike 2 the phone doesnt even have 200 megs of ram free if you are lucky, windows 8 requires a minimum of 1gb of ram.
strike 3, windows requires at least a 1GHz processor in order to be able to run efficiantly

You can probably run Windows ME or Ubuntu 10.04
but not much you can run on this phone if this supported loop back then it would be possible running Ubuntu 13.10 , Ubuntu 13.04 , Ubuntu 12.04

To run Windows 8 on the phone can be possible but not likely, and if you attempted it, 5 minutes of loading the screen
