Wrappio how to uninstall

So my daughter's phone battery has been draining quickly... so I figured I go through and delete some apps and do a more thorough scan of malicious apps. I came across an icon for the Market (Wrappio) that I can't uninstall. I've run through the different virus detectors, used airpush detector etc., but nothing came up. You can't delete the icon, you can't move the icon, it's permanent on her home screen. I'm not going to root her phone, any ideas short of a factory reset?

Go to Settings and then look for "Device Administrator". It could be in Security, System, and/or Development. Make sure this app isn't a 'device administrator'. Uncheck it if it is, then try to uninstall.
