Help Write on a screen shot?

Hi, all. Did a search and came up dry. I can do this on my Note 10.1, but want to know if I can do this on my S3:

1) Take a screen shot, then
2) Write on the screen shot, then
3) Share it (Facebook, email, etc).

What I am doing now is bringing it into S-Note, but that's clumsy. Is there a better way?

Thanks for any guidance!

i'm not sure how the Galaxy Note 10.1 does it, but that would be the steps i would take to write on a screenshot for the Galaxy S3.

i'm assuming on the GN10.1 you're prompted to draw on it immediately? or something similar to where the ease of use is there?

If you mean the soft menu button on the frame (to the left of the Home button), I don't have an option for edit. I have:

Delete
Face tag
Copy to clipboard
Crop
Set as
Buddy photo share
Print
Rename
Scan...
Details

Am I looking in the wrong place? I have a U. S., Verizon S3.

I just press menu > edit from gallery

Yes; a screen shot in the Note immediately displays a pen and eraser tool. I didn't know if there was a similar feature in the S3. So far, haven't found it.
