Hi and welcome to Android Forums!

I believe what you're asking for are instructions on actually compiling bootloader code. Since each device is different, there is no generalized instruction for you.

I welcome you, however, to register and spend some time in the Developers Lounge, where coders hang out. Someone there may be able to take you through the steps... or at least get you pointed in the right direction. Good luck.

It’s great to have you here
