Wrong timezone when automatic time update

Hi,

I do not know if this is a coincidence, but I tried some beta version of cyanogenmod from galaxyics_dot_com and then revert back to stock rom and after this my phones keeps changing timezone to GMT+02 instead of correct GMT+01 when set to automatically update time from network. It allways happens when travelling from Slovakia to Austria or back. Both countries are of course in the same timezone. It happens also when I am in Slovakia only - after a day or 2 the timezone will be updated to GMT+02.

Then I tried to flash StockLite 7.1, but the same behavior.

Any ideas why such behavior? My friend has the same phone and has no issues like on my phone.

Whats your baseband mate?
Which stock rom did you flash via Odin? Was it from a different region than yours?

When I check *#1234#, there is:
PDA: S5830XWKTM
PHONE: S5830XWKT3
In Settings->About there is Baseband version: S5830XWKT3
This is StockLite 7.1 ROM

Absolutely originaly, when I bought the phone, there was this:
PDA: S5830XWKPY
PHONE: S5830XWKP8
CSC: S5830ORSKP2

Your baseband seems okay.
Try this, reflash your original stock firmware via odin and then flash stocklite rom over it.
It'll give you a fresh flash, any remaining old file that is interfering will be wiped clean.

That's strange, because I did the same - I remember I flashed via odin with stock and it did not help. I can double check, will try it again.
I will try flashing this one:
FW S5830XWKT7 - Android 2.3.6
PDA: S5830XWKT7
MODEM: S5830XWKT3
CSC: S5830XSKKP2

and will see what will happen
