Welcome to Android Forums. Sorry for the delay in responding to your question.
You might have to go into your recovery and perform a factory reset. This will delete all user data from the phone, but not the sd card.
Your pictures will still be on the sd card.
Once you sign into your Google account it will syn back all your conntacts to your phone.
You will loose all your downloaded apps. Paid apps will still be paid for, you just have to re-download them, as well as the rest of your apps.
Note: In the future it would be a good idea to download AppTyrant from the PlayStore. It will save all downloaded apps to the sd card in there apk.form. This way you wont have to try to locate, download and install all your apps if this happens again. Also good if you decide to root and install a custom recovery and ROM.
