Help Wrong voice mail number Samsung Galaxy

Heres the problem im having now. I just relised my pay as you go balance was a lot lower than it should be so after checking i find that under Settings/About Phone/Status/Phone Number it say Phone Number Unknown. And under Settings/Call Settings/Voice Mail/Voice Mail Settings For My Carrier/Voice Mail Number is lists my voice mail number as +1647383XXXX and it WILL NOT let me change this number.
Can any one help?
 
It has been brought to my attention that some of my past posts were a little on the rude side. My intention was not to be rude as i thought i was just being BLUNT. To those that i offended please, except my apologies.
