Google has my zip code for Texas and I live in Alabama how to fix?

Which Google?,Google device manager?
If it is its no big deal,It's wrong most of the time.If your device has the wrong zip code,then I would try a factory reset.

Every time I look up something on google, they show me what's in Texas the only way to see what I need have to put in the exact place.
Every time I look at something in Google, it still thinks I'm in Romania. Been like it for a long time now.
Does Google Maps locate you correctly to your home, particularly when you have 'Battery saving' mode selected in Location settings?

If this is happening only with WiFi but not mobile data (cellular), check the locale info in your modem and/or router settings menu. A lot of them have the time/date set by location. If your router's location isn't set up correctly it could be throwing off Google's auto-location.
If this is happening using both WiFi and cellular connectivity, are you using a VPN on your phone? In that case your VPN service might be relying on a proxy server not necessarily located in Alabama.
