WTF with the LED

Am I the only one thats not getting this LED notification light. No customization at all. A few recommended the Light FLow. Which I purchased and used before. However, on this phone it is not working right...

Is there another app to control/customize the LED notification or am I missing something...
 
...no real options at the moment. And from various posts on this, the colours seem inconsistent, too.

I just wish I had the option for ONE colour, like my BlackBerry days :)
