WTH man.....

so since yesterday someone has been calling sprint to change my PIN and my security question....i called yesterday and changed it, so when i wake up this morning my service is interuspted and when i called sprint they sed that i went over my limit , whoch is a lie because just yesterday it was at $0.00 so they keppt seeing what was going on turns out someone did fraud under my account, now they say i owe $732.00 which is also a lie becaus emy bill is $298.00 they sed it adds to to 700 because someone made international phones calls again thats impossible vbcau it wnt let me make any international calls....does does happend often with Sprint? ... now i have to go to a sprint store verify my account and they sed with that hopefully they can reset my servicers since its all a fraud...
 
it happens with every carrier. this also happens with credit cards. its the world we live in.

sprint has a fraud dept. who will research your case. if there is fraud involved they will track it and find the source..

It's not Sprint's fault that you gave away your password to someone. If you give away your personal information carelessly then you might very well get scammed, whether with sprint or ANYTHING else.
 
^unfortunately it's not actually required to give your info to someone...that's a rather bold and lame assumption

I had something happen a few years ago where someone took simply my name and phone number in to a sprint store and added a phone, changed my plan and then went to a different store the next day and had the phone removed and put on their own plan ...but they had basically charged the phone etc to my account.

all they needed was my name and number.

all was taken care of within a matter of days thank goodness
