WTH... Siri has invaded my TBolt

I don't know how, but my Bolt is talking to me today. Got a message through Handcent and the reply was spoken back to me in that weird Siri voice. Anybody else now have a talking TB?

Google has its own text-to-speech app as well, which is what you may have been hearing. Perhaps the app turned it on.

I looked in my settings trying to find where it is coming from. Something must have updated to get this feature because I have never opened a text and had it speak the message to me. It was the last text sent to me in a back and forth of 6 messages and it read and spoke "Thank You" when I got the message.

Handcent has a "speak text" option.

If you have pop-up enabled, when your received message pops up there is a row of icons that perform certain functions.

It's the last icon in the row - looks like a speaker emitting sound.

Or you can press and hold on a discussion bubble and select "speak text"
