Root Wy Contacts for DroidX?

Has anyone gotten WyContacts to work for the X? The APK is "Contacts.apk" and I moved it into system/app, but saw no difference. Do I have to uninstall the Blur Contacts apk? Which one is it?

just install wycontacts normally and open it. it should give you a prompt to make this the default app or something when you make a call.

Did you get it to work that way?

When I click on install, it says "application not installed" after trying to install it.

I'm on Apex 1.3.1 which has the BLUR contact stuff.
