Is there any way I can unlock and lock them off my phone,,? I don't know how there doing this except they have an old phone of mine. Can anyone suggest what should do? Thanks

Hi @addermc,

It's difficult to understand exactly what you want.

Who are 'them'?

You could try this to reset the device :-

"Soft reset with hardware keys

A soft reset is a simulated battery removal. This is used to power a device off when the screen is frozen or unresponsive and the device it has an internal battery that cannot be removed. It does not cause loss of personal data on the device.

Press and hold the Power and Volume down key for up to 45 seconds.
Wait as the device restarts."

You can delete your old device thru your account site. Google, go to settings in Google, find devices.
You should see connected devices and a choice to add/delete a device. Also Change credentials can help or contact an Administrator. Also ask your phone service provider if he/she can help with this. I have had a problem occasionally. I could not find why. People
do find ways to access your device. Then maybe file an identity theft report thru bank or an identity theft official.
If they are added as a family member, change this.

Hey thanks for info and got it sorted out. Sorry to answer back so late but chemotherapy doesn't wait.(well actually seven sister's and one big extremely strong Brother DON'T WAIT ) Also your profile pic, what bike is that? Awsome

Hi @addermc, it's a 2018 Triumph Bonneville T100. It's in the dealer's, for a sidecar to be attached. It's to replace my Ducati 998 which, after 16 years of huge enjoyment, has had to go because of my present circumstances, ironically, also involving chemotherapy.

It's a 50 year old dream about to come true. In1966 I had a Triumph Tiger 90 which spent more time in the dealer's workshop being repaired after sliding down the road numerous times, than being ridden. So much that my insurance company would only insure me for the basic Road Traffic Act. So I ordered a 1969 Bonneville T120, which, for me, was THE bike of the 60's, with sidecar attached, which they would consider insuring me with. But had to cancel due to circumstances at the time.

:)

Hey, Man I always reply late. But since you are dealing with something like I was, then you understand. Ironically it's not doing much for me besides being sicker. So I stopped and figured to live in the Now while I can. Trying chemo shots. Anyway dude, that bike you described sounds awesome. Very little knowledge of Triumph, except sister did have a 2018(I think) Triumph 1000R, but sold it and got a Maserati. Still got my 2018 Busa and 2019 GSXR 1000. Presently working on 1965 Chevy Malibu with Blown 454 crate motor blueprinted, tubbed rear end. Debating on Nos or not. Keep me informed on that awesome build your doing. And Best of Luck with the chemo. Just Remember it either gets better or worse. And I Can't Believe I just said that, cause it's exactly what one of my sister's said. Scary, I actually listed And remembered it. Take care of yourself. Best Wishes.
