You can use a file manager like Astro, then create folders/albums in the Picture File and move them there. It has a multi tool so you can select lots at a time and then cut and paste them.
When you go into Mediascape and tap more you will then get a list of your new folders/albums in My Albums.

Even easier...plug phone into computer...mount the SD Card on the computer so it shows up as a drive letter.
Go to the drive go into the SDCard folder...go into the pictures folder and then mess with the pics in there...create folders....drag and drop groups of folders into the specific folders you make. When you have it setup the way you want, then at least it will put your photos in appropriate folders rather than all jumbled together in one.
