Help x10 mini won't autofocus

Hi everyone, I just bought X10 mini. Autofocus does not work. Only pics in range less than 10-20cm are in focus. It looks the focus is locked in macro mode. Trying to point&focus somewhere else is impossible. I also tried a factory reset but no way. Shall I simply return it to the shop or do you think this could be a software issue?

Download one of the dozen free camera apps that are out there and test out another.

Try Camera 360 or Vignette.

You tried the reset in the default Camera app? If you did and it still doesn't auto focus, definitely try another app to make sure it's not just the default app and if it is a hardware issue....even though the focus is probably software and not hardware.
