x10 scrolling blocked

so, after many installs and uninstalls of many apk i saw that my x10 is quite laggy, in fact is almost blocked, that means that when i wanna to scroll between screens , i can't do it...i must wait for several seconds .....i don't know how to do because i become very nervous.....i use a static wallpaper instead of a live one and i use only the apk that is realy needed...so how can i proced in order to regain my screen scrolling speed?
