Help X10 won't boot at all

Merolas

Hi ,

To make this long story short, Friday i was trying the new Wifi Hotspot feature of my phone and out of the blue the phone shut down. When i tried to reboot, the phone would do the usual vibrate then nothing, just the Red LED flashing 3x.

Tried to connect the phone (maybe the battery was dead), nothing, the LED flashes for maybe 2 mins in red then nothing. Left it plugged overnight, but nothing.

Computer do not seems to detect the phone at all and i'm not even sure that i still have warranty.

Any Ideas what it might be?

All recent changes was Unbranding and Flashed WolfBreak's 2.3.3 (root)

You'll probably have to reflash the phone. Use SEUS, but if you're on a custom ROM try to use the flashtool

So the PC will not even pickup the phone in flash mode? If not there are really only two other options, one is to boot the PC in safe mode then try to update again and if not then unfortunately a repair agent is the only other option.

well the deivce cannot even go to flash mode at all.

Went to the dealership this weekend that since my warranty expired July 25th....they said it would cost too much to send for repairs

He sent me to some repair shop: This is not a battery issue, even with a new battery the phone wont boot. It will charge the battery but no boot at all.

The repair shop tried to reflash the OS.... no way to connect and flash ( if it could i would have done it long ago)

Finally he told me that it must be a hardware issue.

Best of luck i have is since i have already replaced my device under warranty i had a 90 day extra protection on my device... wich ended Aug 26th.

Ran back to the dealership and they told me that it is a "blackscreen" issue. Dead Motherboard or any vital componant.

They replaced my device for a other one

Now rocking a Sensuous Black X10a
