Help XE ICS search key wont search apps

Just got my ICS update....at last.

I've set in google searchable options for when I press the search touch button to include apps in the search, but its not.

eg I have eBay app installed, I touch search button, type E..B... But only shows internet searches, no apps.

Anyone check to see if its same?

Oh also ICS looks and feels good so far. Seems faster. They have spelt aeroplane mode wrong though

A restart seems to have fixed it. On the restart before it started back up it said, "updating Android apps" so not sure what this was, but I'm happier now...
