Hi guys, first time here. 
I can't seem to find any tutorials on how to root the Sony Xperia Neo L. It's not even in the phone lists here. Currently running ICS, I dont want to root or modify anything yet since ICS is not really that old, and this was my first android phone- dont wanna break anything, but I wanted to use reverse tethering and it requires root access.
I'm completely new to Android World, completely new.
I wanted to know what is the easiest way to root my phone.
Any complicated methods are also good, as long as they can be reversed just in case.
And oh, what Android manager in windows do you recommend?
I tried mobilego but even it does not support my phone.
Kinda feel alone hahaha.
