Help Xperia X1 Fish Panel On X10a?

Anyone know if this is possible? Remember the fish panel on the x1? The fish would change color and number to show missed calls, messages, etc?
 
I couldn't find any info on this one, sorry. Maybe someone who had the X1 can jump in and provide their expert Guru knowledge!!!
 
I have made several updates. How do you like it now?
