Help Xperia X10 sms app ?

Hi

I need a good sms app because I cant seem to get my contact list up when i compose a message I need one that i can add/send to multiple contacts :D

you can add multiple contacts to message in the default message app though. Just type the persons name in, or number then the next person and so on.

Such a long winded process though

on handcent you just scroll through the contact list and TICK all the ones you want

fare easier and superior
 
Also a weird quirk I found was that the contact's number has to be 'mobile' in the drop down next to their number in their contact page. You can't have it as home, work, other etc.

I guess SE are just not familiar with new technology...maybe they didn't know that texts can be sent to landlines lol
 
I use Handcent only for the pop up screen, my main one is just the default messaging i love it and can't really find ant flaws with it.
 
Not saying there's anything wrong with stock messaging

Just i need to forward texts on about 5-10 times a day, to a group of people upto 30

using stock messaging i have to type the names in manually

with handcent, i just forward, press the + button, find the 30 numbers by scrolling through and said

much easier IMHO

Yeah i understand, sometimes when i have to send it to even two people typing the names can be a pain.
