I used Cellunlocker.net - The #1 Phone Unlocking Site on the Internet and it worked well. Cost me $7 I think.
You will need a SIM from another provider to unlock, I bought one from AT&T for $1.00 on eBay, so you could find one from Rogers or Verizon, Bell, Telus, T-Mobile, etc. as long as it's not AT&T.
