Help xperia x8 no sound

plz need urgent help with xperia x8 . sometimes no sound at all even the speaker when i make a call ,a call without opening the loudspeaker okai wz me. and if sound played it come with noise and too low ???? what's the problem and how can i fix it . running in 2.1 version

Double check that there is nothing blocking the speaker (ie: dirt, lint etc) and if not then you may need to get the handset through to a repair agent.
