Help Xperia Z2 call problems...

When I answer the phone and talk, I can hear them, they don't hear me, very annoying. Is there any settings that might have caused this, it's never happened before, but recently it keeps doing it. Is this a phone problem or could it be the SIM card (I have a quite old, slightly dirty card shoved in there), or anything else?

Try to use a few small strands of a toothbrush (Like 2-4) and rotate to clean any dust that might have accumulated in the mic, but do it gently as you might puncture the mic or something

Thanks for the suggestion spider, but I'm just not sure if it is the mic because at times it works like normal, I can hear the other person, and they can hear me, but a lot of the times they call, they just can't hear me.
