Root Xposed Framework - modify your ROM easily

I don't know if many people use (or even know of!) Xposed Framework. A short description: It is "a framework which gives you the possibility to modify your ROM - without modifying any APK or flashing". Basically you install the framework app, and then you can install modules that enable you to tweak and alter all sorts of settings, like changing the status bar/icons and notification panel, fine tuning the system and other technical stuff which I have yet to look into. It looks like a very powerful tool. Also you need to be rooted.

Long description: "Xposed is a framework for modules that can change the behavior of the system and apps without touching any APKs. That's great because it means that modules can work for different versions and even ROMs without any changes (as long as the original code was not changed too much). It's also easy to undo. As all changes are done in the memory, you just need to deactivate the module and reboot to get your original system back. There are many other advantages, but here is just one more: Multiple modules can do changes to the same part of the system or app. With modified APKs, you to decide for one. No way to combine them, unless the author builds multiple APKs with different combinations."

I'm not an expert, I've only just got into it. I thought we could have a thread to talk about what works on our phones etc because not all modules work on all devices. And don't blame me if it buggers your phone up. Read the description/FAQs/requirements etc for each module before using it. I put this in the root sub-forum but maybe it would be better in the main forum for maximum exposure?

Personally I am using XBlast tools to change the status bar to a solid black and also xbatterythemer to change the battery icon. I also have Greenify although that does not require Xposed Framework to run, it just has a couple of extra options available.I will update this if and when I find anything else of any use.

Anyone got anything to add to this? Has anyone tried any of the tuning modules?
