If you want to uncap your 3G, you need a de-odexed version of Framework.apk, then you need to go in and delete a few classes, I have to remember which ones. The only issue is, at the moment, we aren't able to fully deodex this device because Huawei did the Framework-res and Framework-res.hwtext poorly and they won't deodex, so the ROM doesn't boot.
