I have tried numerous times to flash the alpha version of xposed framework onto my verizon 5.1.1 running blisspop 3.4 ROM. Every time I reboot, xposed framework is not installed and says something about my processor and sdk 22 but I know this build is supposed to work here, any idea about what is going on and how I can fix this? I also tried enabling a module and rebooting but that didn't work.

Did you install permissive mode changer app and change it to Permmissive ?
If not ,do like that and open xposed and do a soft reboot and Check
