xScope Experts !!!

Hi all,

I have downloaded the free version of xScope to my Samsung Galaxy Tablet running HC 3.2. The reason I got it was because it has a feature which allows for adjusting text size in web pages.

However, it seems all the settings in xScope cannnot be changed. For instance, if I try to change text size from normal to large, it goes straight back to normal after exit from settings. It then says the webpage at http://command/?args=pageTextSize&params=larger cannot be found.

I am happy to pay $3 for the Pro version if that will fix the issue but I am sceptical, seeming as none of the settings can be changed. The only change that stuck was the homepage.

PLease help guys.
 
You might email the developer. My text settings stay where they are set. GB2.3.6. Make sure Xscope is your default browser.

Interesting, my gut feeling is that its because your using gingerbread and im guessing its a phone and not a tablet right.

I can't beleive I have now tried like 15 different browsers and not one has allowed for adjusting text size. By the way, I did set xScope to default browser but still no luck. I don't know if its because of the touchwiz etc that comes with the Samsung tablet.
 
It's a Samsung galaxy Player (wifi). GO Launcher which I wouldn't think would effect the browser. Sounds odd.

I also have the same issue. I managed to solve this problem by installing an older version of xScope (v6.44), changed the settings and save, then upgrade to xScope newest version 6.50 (after this, settings cannot be modified). It seems like this issue is specific to v6.50. Hope the author would fix it soon.
