After doing a search, I decided to start a thread to try and get this thing working.
Basically, I got this for free from Amazon Apps, and I like the idea of controlling elements of my laptop from my phone, but I have no idea how to start it.
The first thing I was directed to was adding a server:
Address - Required (IP Address?)
User Name
Password
Domain(?)
Decription
Resolution
Color Depth
Keyboard Layout
(x) Connect to console
The Address is the only thing it says it required, so I entered my IPv4 address, and pressed connect, but I get "Connection Closed. Unable to connect to *IP* (port 3389)" and that's me done
Now, I'm not overly technically minded, so I'd appreciate any advice being simplified. I did come across their guide on their website (can't post link, 3rd on google) but have no idea what it's saying, or whether it's particularly useful. Either way, I tried it out but that seemed no help either.
