Help Xtrm, metropcs - usb tether works, not bluetooth or wifi

I'll start by saying I do NOT pay for the wifi feature. I am able to tether my Kyocera Xtrm via usb with internet no problem (with pdanet). I can't get pdanet or any other app to tether via bluetooth or wifi - I get the dreaded tmobile pay page.... Any ideas? Yes, I'm rooted.

How did you do it? I'm trying to root my Kyocera and use the Bluetooth to send wifi to my laptop via planet Bluetooth pairing. But I have no idea what I'm doing!
