I've tried contacted Verizon and they couldn't help me get the latest software on my tablet. When I check for the software a pop up displays saying to download the latest software appears. It will download and reboot but it only gets 25% before it causes an error. When it comes back on it will say software update failed. I tried contacting Motorola and they want 150.00 to even put the latest software on it since it's out of warranty. So they suggested I download device manager. However when I connect my tablet with the usb into my mac nothing happens. I right lick Device manager and it doesn't give me any option to download the latest software. I don't know what else to do?
