My contract finishes in February and I am looking at changing my DHD for a HTC One but which ONE The X,V or S? Any hints I'm not keen on the bend mouth piece one so that ones out think its the V, so its between the X or the S.

Depends on what carrier you're on unless you're planning to unlock it.
I think the One X, but I'm not sure how different the other ones are from each other.

3. Two times more storage capacity

And if you care for camera, one x is also better.
