Xyboard start up issue

Motorola/Verizon 4G XYBOARD 10.1 64GB (Android v3.2)

When leaving the tablet off overnight, it will not Start/Boot up normally byl simply pressing & holding the Power Button.

I must do a FORCE BOOT (holding power and volume down button for 12+ seconds) ... then after that, it will start/boot up in the normal fashion.

ANY SUGGESTS? ... or known issues with the device or android?
