Help y301a1 will not download pictures

[Y301 not getting pictures]

Hey all,

I have a phone (originally from MetroPCS) that I migrated over to Cricket. After the migration, it will not receive pictures. The data works in all other aspects. Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like a problem with the APN settings. Some carriers have a separate APN for mms (pictures messages) and others include them in the standard Internet APN. Might be worth contacting Cricket
